canvas, unframed lithographs, pint-size prints, and growth
charts. Loved by parents and children alike, our sophisticated
and whimsical wall art is a welcomed addition to a child’s
nursery, bedroom, or family play area! Available through high-end
infant and juvenile specialty stores, fine furniture retailers,
boutiques, gift shops, select online stores, and approved
interior design sources throughout the United States. All

PRODUCT
SELECTION
Canvas Wall Hangings – Each heirloom-quality
keepsake is an original design; created using the finest giclée
print processes and then treated with a subtle semi-gloss
film laminate to protect the artwork for years to come. The
sizeable canvases measure 24"x30" and are custom
made, shipping 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of order. Each edition
is signed by the artist and includes hand-painted wooden finials,
a dowel, and decorative ribbon for hanging. Designs may be
personalized. Please be specific when ordering. On your purchase
order or order form, write the personalization wording exactly
as you would like it to appear on the canvas, specifying the
location. Custom color matching available on select designs.

with mild soap and a moist, soft white cloth. To clean, blot
the surface lightly. Do not scrub. As with all fine art, do
not hang in direct sunlight. To store, loosely roll and place
the canvas in a tube. Keep in a cool dry place. Not intended
for exterior use or for the floor.
Framed Creative Canvas – Creative canvas wall
art is a lithograph, laminated and mounted to a wooden board,
then framed in a white beveled-edged wooden frame. The artwork’s
canvas-like texture is perfect for children to explore without
the worry of staining the image. Comes ready to hang with
a saw-tooth or wire hanger. Available in two sizes: 9.5"x11.5"
or 17.75"x21.75". Ships within 7 to 10 business
days unless otherwise specified. Framed creative canvas art
is easily cleaned with mild soap and a moist, soft white cloth.

Unframed Lithographs – Produced through the
traditional offset printing process, Dish and Spoon Productions’
lithographs yield the highest-quality reproductions to the
original artwork. Unframed, they are the ideal option for
a customer who wants to purchase their own custom frame, mat,
and glass. Available in two sizes: 8"x10" and 16"x20".

Pint-Size Prints – Ideal for decorating small
wall space and attractive when hung in a group, our 5.25"x6.25"
pint-size prints are printed on high-quality archival paper
and have a canvas-like texture. Each edition has a .5"
deep beveled edge and an ornamental ribbon for hanging. Ships
within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise specified. Pint-size
prints are easily cleaned with mild soap and a moist cloth.

Growth Charts – A fun and colorful way to measure
a child’s development, our canvas growth charts are
original designs, reproduced using the finest giclée
print processes and then treated with a subtle semi-gloss
film laminate to protect the artwork for years to come. Each
piece is signed by the artist and includes hand-painted, decorative
wooden finials, a dowel, and decorative ribbon for hanging.
Growth charts measure 12"x42" and may be personalized.
Select designs allow for custom color matching. Ships within
2 to 3 weeks unless otherwise specified. Growth charts are
easily cleaned with mild soap and a moist, soft white cloth.

NEW
ACCOUNTS
To set up a new account with Dish and Spoon Productions, please
fill out and fax us a copy of our Wholesale
Account Registration Form. Please also
fax or mail us a copy of your Tax Resale Certificate or State
Sales And Use Tax Registration No. for approval before or
at the time of placing an order. Our fax number is 925.946.1753.

94566. For online accounts, please note that once we approve
your application, we request that all Dish and Spoon Productions’
images be recognized and credited as such. We reserve the
right to cancel and/or close an account at any time. Dish
and Spoon Productions never promises exclusivity to any one
reseller or geographic territory; however, we realize that
it is in the best interest of all parties not to saturate
any given market and do our best to address this when considering
any new wholesale customer accounts.
PLACING
AN ORDER
Dish and Spoon Productions sets a $100 minimum requirement
on opening orders. Re-orders hold no minimum. While we are
most happy to discuss an order in detail over the phone, all
orders must be confirmed in writing by mail, email, or fax.
To place an order, fill out our Wholesale
Customer Order Form noting any applicable
personalization/customization details. We will confirm all
orders within 1 to 2 business days via fax or email (way sent).
For drop ship orders, please forward a packing slip with your
purchase order if you would like your company’s information
to be included with the shipment.
WHOLESALE
PRICING
Pricing in U.S. dollars. Subject to change. See Wholesale
Customer Price List for details. We ask
that our resellers support our recommended pricing, which
is two times wholesale.
METHODS
OF PAYMENT
Dish and Spoon Productions prefers to bill credit cards as
its primary accepted method of payment. All first-time orders
must be placed on a credit card (MasterCard and Visa) or paid
with a company check. Cards will be charged a few days before
a product ships. Orders paid by check will be held until the
check clears the bank, (anywhere from 2 to 10 days depending
upon your location). Returned checks/fees may be drafted electronically
or presented to the check writer’s bank. Second-time
buyers are invited to apply for Net Terms. To change your
payment method to net terms, fill out our Credit
Application Form. Or send us your credit
information sheet. Our terms for qualified buyers are Net
30 from the invoice date. Unpaid accounts over 30 days will
be put on credit hold and are subject to late fees of 1.5%
per month or 18% annum plus legal fees, if necessary.
FULFILLMENT
& SHIPPING
Shipments will be mailed via UPS Ground, FOB California, unless
otherwise specified, the cost of which will be paid by the
buyer. For shipping and handling fees and schedules, see our
Wholesale
Customer Order Form. Additional shipping
charges may apply to shipments out- side the 48 contiguous
states. If so, we will contact you for prior approval. We
do our best to meet the needs of special events and gift giving.
Call to inquire. Rush charges may apply. If an item ordered
has been discontinued, we will notify you immediately. Dish
and Spoon Productions reserves the right to discontinue the
sale of any product at any time.
CANCELLATIONS
& RETURNS
Customers may cancel an order within 3 business days of placement.
After this grace period has elapsed, if your order has already
shipped, our returns policy will be in effect. All Dish and
Spoon Productions products are made-to-order. For this reason,
we cannot accept returns of our products unless received damaged
or incorrect merchandise is received. If you receive items
that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error
made by our company, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Customer service will provide a return authorization number
once the return has been approved. Authorizations for returns
are good for 10 business days.
If merchandise
is received damaged and you can see that the boxes have been
tampered with, do not sign for or accept the merchandise.
File a claim with the shipper. Do not return to Dish and Spoon
Productions. This will elongate the claims process. Dish and
Spoon Productions cannot send out replacement merchandise
until a claim is made with the shipper and the merchandise
has been inspected. Please keep the merchandise in its original
packaging so it can be repackaged and picked up by the shipper
for inspection and an insurance evaluation.
Once Dish
and Spoon Productions receives notification from the shipper
that an evaluation has been performed, we will immediately
replace the merchandise (provided a replacement is available)
or issue a full refund. No refunds will be issued where the
merchandise has been judged to have been misused or cared
for improperly. Dish and Spoon Productions cannot refund shipping
charges of returned merchandise, no matter the circumstance.

With respect to our Website and any digital images of our
artwork, please note that color appearance varies on different
computer monitors. Given this, we have done our best to accurately
display the colors of the products shown on our website and
any digital images we submit to our resellers. However, we
cannot be responsible for how the colors appear on your particular
monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s
display of any color, texture, or detail of our products will
be accurate. Please review the descriptions of each product
before ordering. We have paid careful attention to the descriptors
we use for color, composition, and size of each product in
order to accurately represent the products as best we can.
